Rob is a member of the Mondelēz Executive Team, and his current role includes technical leadership of innovation, materials productivity, quality systems and reporting, scientific and regulatory affairs, and nutrition initiatives across the entire company.

Prior to joining Mondelēz, Rob worked for PepsiCo for 18 years, most recently as SVP R&D for the $14Bn Europe Sector. A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, Rob holds a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London
